We are delighted that Walter Belcher (’89C), along with a very talented international team will be leading these Xperiences.
I am Walter Belcher, a proud Up with People alumnus and former Director of Camp UWP and Up with People Jr. As an artist and educator, I consider creativity, and artistic expression to be my superpower. Needless to say, I welcome the opportunity to launch Xperience K and T in Ireland this summer. Can’t wait to see you all!!
Hi I'm Marci Matchett, an elementary school teacher for more than 30 years with a smile as bright as a box of crayons! I traveled in Cast '90A and as road staff in '91A. With a passion for fostering inclusion and celebrating uniqueness, I am your go-to guide for a fun-filled week of laughter, friendship, silly and magical moments. Can't wait to see you in Ireland this summer.
Hello X-KT'ers, I'm Renee from Tucson, AZ. 🌵 I traveled in Cast '07A and did Promotion Rep work for UWP in Thailand, Mexico and all across the USA. My UWP highlights were performing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and two Rose Bowl Parades! Since leaving the road, I have worked on the reunion team leading Cast K for over 10 years. Cast K & T is the BEST part of reunion, so I am super excited for this expanded version of Xperience K & T at AAWeek!!
Hola! Rogelio here. Originally from Mexico but currently living in Germany, passionate about dance, music, and traveling! I had the amazing opportunity to travel with UWP back in 2015 and was also involved in Camp Up with People for many years! Looking forward to meeting you all!!
Hi there! I’m Max, from Sweden but I’ve lived in London for the past five years, I moved here for the fish & chips and stayed for the rainy weather! I travelled in B15/A16 and then worked for both UWP and Camp UWP in several different positions over a few years, and now I’m so very excited to be part of this summer’s Xperience! We have a fantastic team, and I’m sure we’ll have an amazing week!

I'm Anouk from Germany. I just graduated high school and will be attending university for Media Design next year. I'm a passionate dancer, enjoy doing crafts and love to travel.
I have been to numerous amazing reunions before and I'm so excited to be working with all of you this summer.
I am Arizona Xhiha, born in Prishtina, Kosovo. I traveled with Up with People as part of Cast '19B and later worked in PR for Cast '20A. I am currently based in Estonia and I work at Wise,
a fintech company, where investigate financial crime related complaints. Before joining Wise, I managed projects at a school dedicated to teaching kids and teens innovation and technology. There I managed projects and planning, fostering a creative and forward thinking environment for young learners. I am currently obtaining a master's degree in Communication Sciences and Techniques. Outside of professional life, I enjoy outdoor activities, working out, travelling and exploring new cultures.

Monday 5th Cast K & T Orientation and Family Day
- For each K & T registrant a parent/guardian may attend this launch day.
- Head off for a 16th century medieval experience!
- This day begins early so you will need to have checked in at registration on Sunday, August 4th or early on Monday, August 5th.

While the adults are nurturing old Up with People friendships, our K and T participants will be developing new international relationships, breaking stereotypes, and building bridges of understanding—sound familiar?
