University of Limerick Campus Apartments

• Check in is 15:00 - 20:00. Check out is by 10:00. IF all apartments in a booking are ready, you might be able to check in sooner.
• Village receptions are open to store luggage for Cappavilla 8:00 - 22:00; and Dromroe 8:00 - 23:00.
• After hours, go to the reception for your village and number is posted for you to call to get checked in by security who will come to meet you.
• Continental breakfast will be available daily in your Village. See your email from the University for details.
  • 7:00-9:30 for Dromroe and 7:00-10:00 for Cappavilla is what we see in those messages.
  • If you are at the university and on a tour that leaves before these times, you may pick up a to-go breakfast in your village 30 minutes before your scheduled load time. Please consume food and beverage prior to loading the bus.
• Apartments are reserved for one length of stay. Occupants are all presumed to be staying for the same number of nights.
• Each bedroom has:
  European-sized double bed/full-size U.S. (suitable for couples)
  A private ensuite bathroom
• Food may be brought in to prepare and cook in the apartment. Kitchens have crockery, utensils and cutlery, and are fully equipped with hob, oven & grill, refrigerator & freezer.
• There is a multi-channel TV in the living area with comfortable seating.
• Linens and towels are provided.
• Hair dryers are not provided.
• There is an ironing board, and irons are available on loan at Village Reception, if not in the shared space.
• Three hangers should be provided. If you need more, ask at reception.
• A small soap bar and a shampoo/shower gel are provided. 
• Counter space in the bathroom is limited. If you have a hanging toiletry bag, bring it.
• Staying on campus allows you to be close to the event spaces, restaurants, bars, and public transportation.
• Children (all those under 18 years old) must share apartments with their parent or guardian who must be fully responsible for the protection and safeguarding of the minor.
