Venue and Accommodation
This year PIER24 will be held at the Renaissance London Heathrown Hotel, all programme sessions, drink receptions and the gala awards dinner will take place here. For more information on the venue, please see the venue website here.
Accommodation can be booked directly with the hotel at our exclusive event rate. This must be booked using the direct link in your confirmation email. If you do not have this link, please contact register@cjsevents.co.uk who will be able to provide you with this link.

| How do I get to the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel? |

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport or car. The Heathrow Express or London Underground services can be used to get from central London to the venue. Heathrow Aiport is the closest airport, with the terminals at the following distances: Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 are 1 mile away, 5 minutes in a taxi or around 11 minutes via the Hotel Hoppa service. Heathrow Terminal 4 is 4 miles away, 15 minutes in a taxi or around 30 minutes via public transport (Elizabeth Line and Hotel Hoppa service) Heathrow Terminal 5 is 3 miles away, 13 minutes in a taxi or 18 minutes via the Hotel Hoppa service. Parking is available at the venue at the daily rate of £15 for residents and £30 for non-residents. |
| When will I receive further event details and my joining instructions? |

Further event details and joining instructions will be sent two weeks prior, this will include details of how to select your sessions. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email register@cjsevents.co.uk with your queries. |
| I want to make amendments to my registration, how do I do this? |
|
Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the conference (including during the conference). You can change the details by logging back into your booking or alternatively, please contact CJS at register@cjsevents.co.uk or 0333 222 4061. Please note: Cancellations made on or before 3 May 2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable and ALL charges will apply. Substitutions can be made at any point. |
