When is Fyuz 2024?

Fyuz will take place in Dublin, Ireland at the Convention Centre Dublin from the 11th to the 13th, November 2024.

Where does Fyuz 2024 take place?

Fyuz will be coming to Convention Centre Dublin, Dublin Ireland for the first time. The venue address is: Spencer Dock, N Wall Quay, North Dock, Dublin 1, D01 T1W6, Ireland.

Where can I see the 2024 agenda?

See the agenda here and keep an eye out for regular updates. By registering interest or buying a ticket, you will be added to the mailing list and therefore will receive notifications as and when new information is published.

The Fyuz event app will launch before the event and will include a networking function to allow you to see who else will be attending. Before then, why not join in the conversation on social media in the days and weeks before the conference – use #FYUZ24 and #FYUZ to connect with other attendees.

Attending Fyuz

There are two ticket options:

Standard three-day pass which provides access to main stage and open-door content sessions plus the exhibition floor and networking areas. In addition, breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks will be provided on all three days at no extra cost.

Virtual pass which provides access to a live stream of the main stage on all three days and access to the event app including a networking function to allow you to reach out to other attendees, both physical and virtual.

Registering for Fyuz

How do I register for Fyuz 2024?

To register for Fyuz 2024, please click here.

Once you have registered you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Prior to the event, you will receive a second email with a QR code which you will need to show on entry in order to collect your event pass on site. This QR code will also be available on the Fyuz app when you login using the same credentials used to register.

What's included?

All physical tickets provide access to three full days of content across the main stage and open-door breakout sessions plus access to the exhibition floor and networking areas. In addition, all tickets to the physical event include breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee each day. Virtual tickets will provide access to live streamed main stage content and the event app which features a networking function and will allow you to contact other attendees, both physical and virtual.

How can I pay for my ticket?

Payment can be made directly on the website using a credit card. Alternatively, you can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer within 14 days.

Will there be discounted tickets?

Early bird tickets will be on sale from 1 April, 2024 until 22 July, 2024 with up to 40% off the final ticket price for the event.

I cannot register online, what should I do?

My promo code is not working, who do I contact?

Please make sure you select the ticket type before entering the promo code. If you are still experiencing issues, contact the customer service team at fyuz@telecominfraproject.com where we’d be happy to help.

I did not receive the registration confirmation email, what should I do?

Please note the confirmation email can take a couple of hours to be sent. We also recommend that you check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please get in touch with fyuz@telecominfraproject.com, we’d be happy to help.

Why has my registration request been declined?

If your registration has been declined and you do not know why, please get in touch with fyuz@telecominfraproject.com for more information.

Are media passes available?

If you wish to attend the event in a media capacity, please contact press@telecominfraproject.com.

Is there a deadline for registering?

There is no deadline to register for Fyuz 2024, you can do this right up until the event on the 11th of  November but registration is not available onsite. You must have a valid pass and QR code to collect your event pass at the registration desks. We strongly recommend you register as soon as possible in order to plan your trip and secure accommodation.

What is the refund policy?

Fyuz passes are non-refundable. Pass holders may request a pass transfer to another person, colleague or client until 4 November 2024.

Covid-19 Policy: pass holders will only be entitled to a refund of your conference pass if you are unable to attend the in-person event in Dublin, Ireland because you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or if government-issued travel restrictions are in place during the event dates. If you are unable to attend because of the Covid-19 illness, FYUZ reserves the right to request proof of a positive diagnosis. If you have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, you can request to transfer your pass to a future in-person event.

Government-issued travel restrictions include:

The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel

The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to Dublin, Ireland

The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel

There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Dublin, Ireland

There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements

In the event Ireland announces a return to Covid-19 restrictions, Fyuz will abide by local government and World Health Organization guidelines. Should capacity limits impact seating your conference pass may be subject to change to the next in-person event. Seats will be allocated based on time of purchase.

If the Irish governing body imposes a new restriction that prohibits Fyuz from holding an in-person event you will be able to transfer your pass to the next in-person event. Refunds will not be available.
