Payment Details
The Enterprise Ireland cost of participation at Toyota 1.5 Day Lean Management Workshop - Engine Plant Deeside is €1,050 plus 23% VAT (€1,291.50 total) per delegate.
Early registration is advisable as spaces at Toyota 1.5 Day Lean Management Workshop are limited to max 18 delegates per trip, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, secured by online payment of €1,050 plus 23% VAT (€1,291.50 in total) per delegate.
Please ensure your card has been activated for 3D Secure Authentication and that the card holder / approver is present for card verification during the registration.
Payment is by credit card using the online payment facility at the end of the registration process. If you have any problems with this, please call 01-7272368 or call 01-7272000 and ask for Accounts Receivable.
Please note a full VAT invoice will be issued within the 15th day of the month following the fee payment date. The invoice will be marked as paid.
Cancellation Policy
- The full participation fee of €1,050 plus 23% VAT (€1,291.50 total) per delegate is due upon registration and is non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be notified to the project manager Leanne Shannon at leanne.shannon@enterprise-ireland.com.
- No refunds will be issued on cancellation, however, if you are unable to participate you may nominate a substitute from your company to attend in your place. Names of substitutions should be submitted to leanne.shannon@enterprise-ireland.com.
Travel Expenses
Flights and Hotel accommodation and any other on the ground expenditure is not included in the fee and is the responsibility of each delegate. Enterprise Ireland will advise which flights and hotels to book upon confirmation of registration.
Enterprise Ireland event participation and cancellation disclaimer
- Where an event, which has been arranged by Enterprise Ireland, or where participation in the event is arranged by Enterprise Ireland, is cancelled for reasons relating to Covid-19 or other pandemic, or other extraordinary event outside the control of Enterprise Ireland, Enterprise Ireland will use its best endeavours to refund any participation fees incurred by participants and which have been paid directly to Enterprise Ireland.
- However, under no circumstances, shall Enterprise Ireland have any other responsibility for such fees or for any other costs or expenses which may be incurred by any participant or prospective participant in any such event, including, but not limited to, travel costs or accommodation costs, Covid-19 or other tests, medical expenses or any related expenses.
- In the event of a change to travel restrictions, Enterprise Ireland takes no responsibility for any cost or expense which may be incurred by any participant or prospective participant including but not limited to flight cancellations, flight delays, flight detours, accommodation costs or any other expenses.
- For the avoidance of doubt, such other costs for which Enterprise Ireland will have no responsibility could also include any product shipment or product damage costs, and any other costs or losses incurred in preparing for, or arising from, the planned participation in the event.
All participants at the event do so at their own risk. For the purposes of this protocol, “event” shall be taken to also refer to a live broadcast or other in-person activity. - Accordingly, Enterprise Ireland takes no responsibility for any injury, illness or harm that may be incurred by any participant or third party arising from any activity undertaken by the participant either in the period prior to, during, or subsequent to, the event, whether arising from a coronavirus or any other cause.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have travel and medical insurance sufficient to cover any/all healthcare related costs that may be incurred prior to, during the course of, or subsequent to the event, including repatriation expenses. Should the participant require medical treatment, including, but not limited to, Covid-19 related treatment, prior to, during the course of, or subsequent to the event, they are obliged to follow the mandated healthcare protocols as set by the authorized state healthcare authority in the host country or territory of the event, or other relevant territory.
