9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8. Liability

The Speech Den shall not be liable for any costs incurred by delegates due to conference changes or cancellations. Delegates participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, and security.
7. Prohibited Conduct

Recording or broadcasting audio or video of conference sessions is strictly prohibited. The Speech Den reserves the right to exclude or cancel the registration of any delegate whose behaviour disrupts the conference or negatively impacts other participants’ experience.
6. Privacy and Personal Data

By registering, you consent to the use of your personal data for communication related to The Speech Den services. Event speakers may contact you via email regarding their products or services. Your details may be shared with conference speakers for the purpose of answering questions submitted during the event. You can manage your marketing preferences by emailing enquiries@empowerproevents.com
5. Speaker Changes and Content

While we strive to maintain the original speaker lineup, circumstances may require changes. The Speech Den reserves the right to:
- Substitute speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Modify session schedules or topics.
- Cancel sessions if necessary.
Registered delegates will be notified promptly of any changes.
4. Registration and Costs

The is registration fee is £200 ( bookings after 1st September will be £250) for professionals to attend and £80 for parents to attend to attend this conference, special offers may be in operation at certain times at the discretion of the event owner. Any additional costs related to your attendance (such as internet charges, equipment, or materials) are your responsibility, and The Speech Den shall not be liable for such costs.

3. Conference Dates and Availability

The Speech Den GLP Conference 2024 will take place online on 24th, 25th 26th September and 1stand 2nd October. All sessions will be available on-demand for 6 months only after the conference dates. The conference will include sessions specifically tailored for professionals and parents however all are welcome to attend the conference.
